1. Overview

TAINME (the "Service") is a matching platform connecting cryptocurrency project operators (referred to as "Clients") with gig workers (referred to as "Workers").

The Service is designed to provide a transparent and trustworthy environment for Clients and Workers to transact. TAINME establishes the rules governing this platform and takes action against violations, but is not itself a party to any individual transaction between Clients and Workers.

Free registration: There is no fee to create an account

No service fees: Workers are not charged any fees for using the Service

Cancel anytime: There is no fee to close your account

Email usage: Your email address will only be used to send important notices. It will not be shared with third parties

As-is service: TAINME does not guarantee the availability, quality, or completion of any transaction

2. Account Types

Users of the Service are classified into the following two types.

Worker: A person who applies for jobs, submits deliverables, and receives rewards

Client: A cryptocurrency project operator who creates and posts jobs and pays Workers

Worker accounts and Client accounts cannot be combined. Client accounts may only be used to create and manage jobs and process payments. Those who wish to work as a Worker must register a separate Worker account.

5. Jobs and Applications

Each user may apply to any given job only once

Acceptance is not guaranteed

Clients may assign or cancel jobs at their discretion

All job content, conditions, and rewards are set by the Client. TAINME does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of job listings

6. Delivery and Payment Terms

6.1 Reward Conditions

Clients must clearly state the reward conditions using specific, measurable criteria when creating a job. Vague quality-based standards are not permitted. All conditions must be objective and verifiable, so that Workers can understand exactly what is required before beginning work.

Examples of accepted conditions:

Written in English, between 3,000 and 5,000 characters

Must include at least 5 cited sources

Minimum 5 images, each at 1920×1080 resolution or higher

Video between 3 and 5 minutes in length, full HD quality

6.2 Payment Rules

If the stated conditions are met, the Client is obligated to pay the reward

If the conditions are not met, no reward will be paid. In such cases, the Client must provide specific feedback explaining what was not fulfilled

If the Worker revises the submission and meets the conditions, the reward becomes payable

If a Client refuses to pay despite a Worker having fulfilled the stated conditions, TAINME may take measures including account suspension, prohibition from posting jobs, and disclosure of the violation on the platform. However, TAINME does not guarantee or substitute payment on behalf of any Client. Workers are encouraged to research and assess the trustworthiness of a Client and their project before applying.

6.3 Deadlines

Submissions received after the deadline are in principle not eligible for payment

However, the Client may exercise discretion in individual cases

If you anticipate difficulty meeting the deadline, please contact the Client in advance

6.4 Revision Requests

Workers may revise and resubmit their work any number of times before the deadline

Clients must specify the exact revisions required and the reason for the request

If the conditions are met within the deadline, the submission becomes eligible for payment

6.5 Retirement System

Workers may retire from a job in the following circumstances.

After research or work has begun and it becomes clear that fulfilling the conditions will not be possible

For personal reasons that prevent continuation of the work

Upon retirement, the Worker forfeits the right to claim the reward, but no penalty is applied and there is no impact on the account. The retirement procedure can be completed via the "Retire" button on the job detail page.

6.6 File Requirements

Maximum 10 files per submission / Maximum 50MB per file
