1. Service Overview

TAINME (the Service) is a platform for browsing jobs, applying, delivering work, and receiving rewards in INMU.

  • Free registration: No fee for account creation.
  • No usage fees: No service charge is applied.
  • Cancelable anytime: No fee for cancellation.
  • Email handling: Your email is used only for important notices. It will not be used for non-INMU purposes or shared with third parties.
  • No warranty: The Service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or quality.

2. Account Registration

The following information is required to use the Service.

  • Invite code
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Nickname
  • Solana wallet address (44-character Base58 format)

Important:

  • The wallet address cannot be changed after initial setup. Enter the correct address at registration to prevent mis-sending. Please verify carefully before submission.
  • You are responsible for secure management of your credentials.

3. Invite Codes

  • General users: 2 invite codes are automatically granted at registration. No additional grants are provided.
  • Operators (admins): No limit on invite code issuance.
  • Inviters are not responsible for actions of invited users.

4. Jobs and Applications

  • Only one application is allowed per job.
  • Selection is not guaranteed.
  • Admins may assign or cancel jobs at their discretion.

5. Delivery and Payment Conditions

5.1 Conditions for Payment

When creating a job, operators must present objective payment conditions with concrete numeric criteria.

Purpose of objective criteria:

Abstract standards such as quality can cause disputes. Therefore, criteria are specified using measurable values and explicit wording so users can clearly understand what must be achieved for payment.

Examples:

  • 3,000 to 5,000 English words
  • At least 5 source references
  • Separate confirmed facts from assumptions in the report
  • At least 5 images, minimum 1920x1080 resolution
  • Video length 3 to 5 minutes, full HD

5.2 Payment Rules

  • If conditions are met: payment is guaranteed.
  • If conditions are not met: payment is not made.
  • The operator will clearly explain unmet points.
  • If corrected and conditions are met, payment will be made.

5.3 Due Date

  • As a rule, no payment is made after the due date.
  • However, flexible handling may be applied depending on circumstances.
  • If delay is expected, contact the operator in advance.

5.4 Revision Requests

  • You may revise and re-submit any number of times within the due-date window.
  • The operator will specify concrete correction points and reasons.
  • If conditions are met before due date, payment will be made.

5.5 Retirement System

You may retire from a job in the following cases:

  • You determine that satisfying conditions is difficult after investigation/work.
  • You cannot continue work for personal reasons.

Treatment on retirement:

  • No payment.
  • No penalty.
  • No impact on account status.

How to retire:

  • Click the Retire button on the job detail page.

5.6 File Requirements

  • Maximum 10 files.
  • Maximum 50MB per file.
  • Supported formats: TXT, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, MP4, MOV, AVI, ZIP.

Text-only delivery:

  • For text-focused jobs such as research, .txt delivery is allowed.

Delivery note:

  • 10 to 2,000 characters.

Review:

  • Standard review period: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Condition fulfillment is judged by admins.

6. Payments

6.1 Reward Currency

  • As a rule, rewards are paid in INMU (token on Solana blockchain).
  • For some high-value jobs, payment may be specified in SOL or USDC at operator discretion.
  • Users cannot choose payout currency.
  • INMU is a highly volatile meme coin. USD-equivalent value is not guaranteed.
  • Payment is determined only by INMU quantity.

6.2 Transfer Fees

  • Gas fees are paid by the operator.

6.5 Price Volatility Disclaimer

  • You must understand and accept INMU price volatility risk.
  • TAINME is not responsible for INMU price fluctuation.

6.6 No Refund

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

7. Tax Responsibility

  • Tax handling for rewards follows laws of each country/region and user residence.
  • Tax filing, payment, and all related procedures are each user responsibility.
  • Tax requirements differ by jurisdiction. TAINME provides no tax advice and assumes no tax liability.

8. Data Retention

  • Deliverables are stored temporarily with no guaranteed retention period.
  • Deliverables may be deleted without notice.
  • Normally auto-deleted one year after payment completion.
  • Download and backup are user responsibility.
  • Job attachments may also be deleted without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

  • IP rights in deliverables transfer to the client when payment is completed.
  • Users grant TAINME a non-exclusive license for storage, display, distribution, and operational use.
  • Users warrant they have all necessary rights for submitted deliverables.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Submitting false information
  • Invite code abuse/manipulation
  • Plagiarism and copyright infringement
  • Fraud
  • Hacking
  • Harassment
  • Illegal acts
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Sharing account credentials
  • Involvement with anti-social forces
  • Providing benefit to anti-social forces
  • Using anti-social forces

Action on violation:

  • Account may be suspended without reward payment.
  • If anti-social-force involvement is found, account may be deleted immediately without notice, and TAINME bears no liability for damages.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To maximum extent permitted by law, TAINME is not liable for damages.
  • Total liability does not exceed rewards paid in the prior 30 days.
  • No responsibility for blockchain, transaction, wallet, or INMU price movement risks.
  • Service is provided as is without any warranty.

12. Security and Anti-Fraud

13. Changes to Terms

  • TAINME may change these Terms at any time.
  • Revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication.
  • Notice is provided by updating the change log with date and details.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Suspension and Termination

By admin:

  • Admin may suspend accounts at any time due to violation, fraud, inappropriate use, anti-social-force involvement, or other admin discretion.

By user:

  • Users may close accounts at any time.

Effects of suspension/termination:

  • Access to the Service is disabled.
  • Pending payments may be forfeited.
  • Deliverables and data may be deleted.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Japanese law and interpreted under Japanese law.
  • Disputes related to the Service are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Japan.
