+Q1. What is TAINME?
TAINME is an anonymous gig platform where rewards are paid in INMU tokens. Anyone can register and take jobs with an email address, a Solana wallet address, and an invite code.
+Q2. Why can users work anonymously?
TAINME does not require identity documents or bank account registration. Rewards are paid in INMU tokens, so users can work regardless of nationality or residence.
+Q3. What is the INMU token?
INMU is a meme coin issued on Solana. Rewards on TAINME are paid in INMU, and users can swap it to other assets such as USDC or SOL on DEXs like Raydium.
+Q4. Are there any registration or usage fees?
No. Registration and platform usage are free with no service fee. An invite code is required for registration.
+Q5. What types of jobs are available?
Available jobs include video editing, image production, translation, research, social posting, writing, and data entry. New jobs are added regularly.
Category 2: Registration and Account
+Q6. Where can I get an invite code?
You can get invite codes from the official INMU X account (@inmucoin) or from existing TAINME users.
+Q7. I did not receive the email verification message.
Please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us via official Telegram (https://t.me/inmucoin) or official X DM (https://x.com/inmucoin).
+Q8. I forgot my password.
Use the Forgot password link on the login page to send yourself a password reset email.
+Q9. Can I change my profile image?
Yes. You can change among 40 common profile images after initial setup. Three rare images can also be unlocked by meeting special conditions.
+Q10. Can I change nickname or SOL address?
Nickname can be changed. SOL address cannot be changed after initial setup, so enter it carefully.
+Q11. Is profile setup mandatory?
Yes. You must complete nickname (3-20 chars), Solana wallet address (44 chars), and profile image setup to use core features such as jobs, dashboard, and applications.
+Q12. Can you help me with wallet operation?
TAINME does not take responsibility for wallet management or operations. Loss of private keys, mis-transfers, and transaction trouble are user responsibility. Check official guides of wallets such as Phantom or Solflare.
+Q13. I want to delete my account.
You can delete your account anytime from dashboard or profile settings. After deletion, all features become unavailable, unpaid rewards may be lost, and registered data will be removed.
Category 3: Applying and Delivering Work
+Q14. How do I apply for a job?
Open a job from the job list and click Apply on the job detail page.
+Q15. How many jobs can I apply to at once?
You can apply to up to 5 jobs at the same time.
+Q16. How do I submit deliverables?
Use the Submit button on the job detail page and upload completed files. Up to 10 files, 50 MB each. Supported: TXT, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PNG, JPG, JPEG, MP4, MOV, AVI, ZIP. Text jobs can be submitted as .txt. Submission note must be 10-2,000 characters.
+Q17. What should I do when revision is requested?
You are expected to respond to revision requests. Within the deadline, you can revise and re-submit as many times as needed.
+Q18. How long does review take after submission?
Review result is usually notified within 1-3 business days. If conditions are met, reward is paid. If not, specific feedback is provided.
+Q19. Why can submission be rejected?
Typical reasons include unmet conditions (e.g., insufficient word count or image count), wrong language, copyright issues, or instruction violation. Please revise based on feedback and resubmit.
+Q20. What about required submission language?
Some jobs specify a language such as Japanese, English, or Chinese. Submitting in the wrong language is treated as unmet conditions and payment is not made.
+Q21. Can I retire from a job in progress?
Yes. If work becomes difficult or for personal reasons, you can leave using the Retire button on the job detail page. No reward is paid, but there is no penalty.
Category 4: Rewards and Payment
+Q22. When are rewards paid?
After approval, operators send INMU manually to your registered SOL address within 1-3 business days.
+Q23. Where can I use INMU tokens?
You can swap INMU on DEXs like Raydium to other crypto assets.
+Q24. Where can I see payment history?
Open the Rewards history page from dashboard. Each payment includes a Solscan link for transaction details.
Category 5: Invite Codes
+Q25. Where can I check my invite codes?
You can check your codes on the Invite code management page in dashboard.
+Q26. How many times can one code be used?
Each invite code can be used only once. Two codes are issued at registration, so you can invite up to two people.
+Q27. Do I get referral rewards for inviting friends?
Referral rewards are not implemented yet, but may be considered in the future.
Category 6: Troubleshooting and Others
+Q28. I cannot log in.
Confirm your email and password. If you forgot password, use the Forgot password link on login page to send a reset email.
+Q29. There are no jobs available.
Jobs are added continuously. Follow the official X account (@inmucoin) for updates.
+Q30. How can I contact support?
Contact is accepted only via official Telegram (https://t.me/inmucoin) or official X DM (https://x.com/inmucoin). Other contacts may be scams.
